Meet the Seal Friends

Flip and friends help every swimmer find their class and celebrate every level.

Flip

Swim teacher

Flip

Flip is the teacher every swimmer meets first. Calm voice, clear plan, one skill at a time — and the first to say when you're ready for the next level.

“One breath, one kick, one step forward.”

On the first day Flip doesn't ask Sammy to swim. He asks him to blow bubbles at the surface and listen to the sound they make. By the end of the lesson, he's done it ten times and hasn't noticed the deep end at all.

What to expect at Seal

Backed by a clear pathway and warm, patient teaching, every lesson moves your swimmer one step forward.

What our families say

“Seal Swimming was the absolute best place to send my son for swimming lessons. My son was afraid of the water until I brought him to Seal. The instructors are so kind and understanding but more importantly, know how to cater to every child and their needs.”
David S. · Scarborough
“Have had my toddler in the classes here for two terms which we've really enjoyed. Instructors are kind and patient and the class sizes are not too large. Facilities are always clean.”
Emily J. · North York
“…now my kids are enrolled in swimming lessons with Seal Swimming in 2026 and it is still excellently run!”
Sarah M. · Guildwood
